Scanlon Excavating is a certified DBE with IDOT as well as certified WBE thru the Illinois capital development Board/Central Management Systems. All state and federal contracts require a certain percentage of the job to be subcontracted to minorities/women and these certifications help to meet those requirements for general contractors.
